Women, Take these 6 Steps before dating again with Karyn Seitz

Deep down in everything we do, we are always in the pursuit of happiness.

I’m not talking about the bubbly, blissed-out, “I always feel great!” kind of happiness. I mean the state of being happy where you have a deep sense of inner fulfillment and meaning - where you feel at peace with yourself and your life no matter your circumstances.

When I learned how to truly be happy in the way I just described, everything changed…

And it can for you too.

Hi, I’m Karyn Seitz

The Happiness Expert…

My joy in life is teaching people like you a simple roadmap to lasting happiness and deep fulfillment in life.

Here’s my story:

The greatest gift I’ve ever given myself is the profound understanding that the problem was never out there. The problem was not men, my marriage, my husband, my family, my childhood, my parents, my job, money, sex, my weight, my exes, being a woman, etc.

The problem was always me.

I didn’t know who I was. I lived in a façade of being who I thought I needed to be in order to be liked, loved, and accepted. I lived behind my self-created walls, playing small and protecting myself from life.

I never felt that I was enough – good enough, popular enough, smart enough, skinny enough, pretty enough, successful enough.

I didn’t know how to be myself. I didn’t know how to be a woman. I didn’t know what it took to be happy and fulfilled. I didn’t know how to do life.

I always felt like something was missing…

Like something was wrong with me. I was so busy trying to save everything and everyone out there that I was completely missing out on me and my life.

The solution to my seemingly never-ending inadequacy and problems was me. The answer(s) I had desperately been searching for was me.

My path to finding true happiness and finally being enough was and continues to be healing my relationship with myself and creating my life as the real me. It is taking full responsibility for myself and my life, knowing I have a choice in who I am and who I become.

To be happy, I had to learn one thing.

I had to learn how to reconnect with myself by dropping my façade and being true to myself. It was only then that I learned how to have a healthy relationship with myself, my life, and with others. It has been the secret to always feeling enough and having a rewarding, meaningful life.

Underneath my façade, I found everything I ever wanted to be, feel, and experience in myself and life.

I found myself.

It turns out, I was the answer I had been searching for my  whole life.

What does my journey mean for you?

For every problem you’ve been trying to solve in your life, the answer you’ve been searching for is you. Nothing in your life holds any bearing over your ability to be happy and fulfilled - not your past, your upbringing, your marriage or current relationship status, kids or no kids, your career, or anything else.

The path to being happy means discovering and embracing the real you, and I can help you get there. You have everything you need within you, and I am honored to guide you to that place.

I’m especially committed to teaching women how to develop self-worth and be true to themselves in marriage and other relationships. My journey of coming into my real self and being empowered as a woman and a wife is one that I’m passionate about sharing with other women.

My greatest strengths as a teacher and mentor are my vulnerability and integrity in what I teach. I’m committed to living what I teach and walking this path beside you as a true teacher.

You will find my approach to be very practical and effective. What makes me different from working with therapists, coaches, or healers is my training and expertise to break down my clients' stories and help them get honest with themselves. This is where the real magic happens.

I know we’ll be a great fit if…

  • You want a compassionate, yet direct and straightforward, mentor to hold you accountable and help you stay committed to the process.

  • You’re ready to break through your own B.S. and get real with yourself.

  • You’re willing to put in the work to get rapid, permanent results.
