Her work with couples focuses on improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and navigating conflict with compassion and clarity.
In addition to supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship stress, Aven has a special passion for working with women navigating life challenges and transitions, including the emotional and physical changes associated with perimenopause. She strives to help clients reconnect with their identity, improve emotional well-being, and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Grounded in a client-centered philosophy, Aven approaches each client with warmth, authenticity, and the belief that lasting growth is possible through collaborative, strengths-based work.
