Hi! I’m Suzannah Weiss MA, MPS, AMFT, CSE, a writer and psychotherapist focused on sexuality, relationships, and women’s empowerment. I’m the author of Subjectified, a memoir/manifesto on ending objectification through playful dances with language, and Eve’s Blessing, a personal, political, and spiritual story of overcoming Eve’s curse by embracing pleasure where women once accepted pain. From The New York Times wedding section to Glamour‘s sex guides, my writing is all over the internet, with 9,000 articles published. I’ve edited for Teen Vogue, Vice, and Complex and contributed to The Washington Post, New York Magazine, and more.

As a marriage and family therapist (AMFT #15292), I am currently accepting clients for sex therapy, couples’ therapy, neurodiversity, body image, anxiety, depression, and more. I am also a sexologist, AASECT-certified sex educator, sexual assault counselor, and birth doula offering coaching and courses to help people improve their relationships and sex lives. I also provide mentorship for writers and consulting for PR professionals.

My work has been discussed on The Today Show and The View and appeared in anthologies including Here We Are: Feminism for the Real World and The Big Book of Orgasms. I’ve been quoted in Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Pop Sugar, Healthline, Woman’s Day, Forbes, Fortune, and the BBC and spoken at South by Southwest, the AASECT Conference, and the Woodhull Sexual Freedom Summit. I was named PR Hacker’s Top Beauty Journalist of 2020, one of The League’s Inspirational Feminists, an XBIZ Sexpert of the Year Nominee, a We-Vibe Pleasure Pioneer, one of Kinkly’s Top Sex Educators, and one of Feedspot’s top sex educators and feminist influencers of 2025.
