My Story
Life has a way of leading us down unexpected paths. A few years ago, I found myself at rock bottom – my world had crumbled, and after a major operation, a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia left me barely able to function. As a single mother to my beautiful son Conor, I knew I had to find a way forward, not just for myself, but for both of us.

That breaking point became my breakthrough moment.

Through my healing journey, I discovered the profound impact of trauma on our bodies and minds. Living with PTSD taught me lessons no textbook could convey, while my experience with chronic illness opened my eyes to the delicate connection between our nervous system and overall well-being. These challenges didn't break me – they transformed me.

My path to healing led me to explore various modalities of healing and personal growth. What started as a personal quest for answers evolved into a deeper calling. I immersed myself in studying nervous system regulation, meditation, and transformational coaching. Each step of my recovery added another layer to my understanding of human resilience.

Today, my son Conor and I, along with our cat Ziggy Woo, have created a joyful, peaceful life in Sydney's North Shore. You'll often find me in our courtyard, catching the morning sun with a coffee in hand, or at the local French market indulging in my weekend ritual of croissants and cappuccino – small pleasures that remind me how far I've come.

This isn't just about survival – it's about rediscovering joy, peace, and purpose. Let me walk alongside you as you write your next chapter.
