As co-owner of Empowered Healing Dallas, my work centers on creating a community of therapists and clients who believe that healing is possible through safe and secure relationships, embodiment, and gentleness. After many years of seeing clients directly, I now focus on supporting our team and growing spaces where both therapists and clients can thrive, places that honor the body’s wisdom and the human need for connection.
My passion has always been helping people come home to themselves. I see therapy as a sacred collaboration, one that invites curiosity, courage, and self-trust. Through mentorship and community education, I help our team integrate trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches so they can show up authentically and sustainably for their clients.
